Western Management Properties was established in 1971 and provides services for property owners, homeowners’ associations and tenants. It manages more than 800 commercial and residential properties in the Bay Area and aims to provide an efficient and cost-effective service. The company has a full-time maintenance crew available to respond to repair and emergency maintenance requests. Services provided include rent collection, bookkeeping, evictions and tenant screenings, and staff are proud of their high occupancy rates.
