True Guard Property Management was founded by real estate broker/owner Tom Lail in 2016, and it has already developed a strong portfolio in the residential real estate investment sector. The team handles all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing plans to maintenance repairs. Aside from the standard tenant screening process, a member of the True Guard Property Management team will personally speak with previous landlords or apartment complexes. They will not only ask if the tenant was on time but also confirm that they took care of the property. A dedicated accountant is on staff to manage the financial aspects of the leasing process. The collection of rental proceeds, monitoring accounts payable, and tax documentation is all performed in-house.
