South Lake Associates

Established in 2008, South Lake Associates manages single-family homes, high-rise apartments, and commercial complexes throughout North and West Seattle. The firm provides various services for homeowners who wish to earn capital from their real estate, including aggressive marketing and advertising, stringent tenant screening, rent collection, inspections, and oversight of repairs. The group is a member of the Rental Housing Association and National Association of Residential Property Managers and utilizes their resources to best manage client assets. In addition to property management, the team will also assist clients in buying and selling real estate.
