Red Hawk Property Management

Red Hawk Property Management is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors. Rather than trying to both manage and sell residential real estate, as many other companies do, Red Hawk now focuses exclusively on full-service property management.
Red Hawk keeps things simple by offering a transparent fee structure. It only charges four types of fees to the landlord, and these are clearly spelled out at the start of a management contract.
