Founded in 2009, Red Hawk Property Management provides residential property management services throughout the Gilbert metro area. It offers a wide range of services to meet each property owners’ needs, including complete move-in and move-out inspections with pictures uploaded to the owner portal, lease execution and rent collection. The property manager handles all repairs and after-hours on-call service needs and also takes care of evictions and corrects any HOA violations for the owner. Additionally, the company prepares all city rental tax documents, assists with rental registrations, county property taxes and monthly and yearly statements.
