Rancho Mesa Properties was founded in 2000 to serve as the property management arm of Alan C. Townsend and Associates, a real estate agency. Its marketing strategy employs the use of individual landing pages and an extensive web presence for each listing, utilizing over 15 third-party listing sites like Zillow and Trulia. The group also handles management tasks such as leasing, maintenance, and renovations.
