Northgate Commercial Property/Asset Management is responsible for the management of offices and retail buildings. We are responsible for the all of the management duties that are inherited with managing the day to day responsibilities of an income producing property. The services we offer are centered on financial management and the maintenance/repairs of buildings. Financial management includes: comprehensive reporting methods on monthly/quarterly/annual basis, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, and performing CAM reconciliations. Our services also include maintaining and negotiating service contracts, while also performing routine repairs, offering a well maintained asset to our tenants and landlords.
