Formed in 1994, Management Masters, Inc., offers comprehensive property management services to single-family property owners (homes, townhouses, and condos). In addition to full management services, the company also provides property owners with vacant management services if they do not wish to rent out their homes while they are not in residence. Their standard services include property marketing, tenant screening, lease negotiation, maintenance, rent collection, paying bills, preparation of TPT tax returns, inspections, monthly statements and emergency service for tenants. Tenants and owners both have access to an online portal.
