Macpherson’s Property Management is a full-service management company that has served clients in western Washington since 1984. Once a high-quality tenant is found, the group will conduct an initial walkthrough, collect and deposit rent, coordinate repairs and maintenance, conduct periodic property inspections, provide owners with detailed monthly financial statements, and disperse money to owners. In addition to full-service management, the group also offers leasing services and community association services.
